V4 Laser Issue - Please Help

Hi guys, I have the following problem.

I changed the motherboard in my V4 NTSC from GH-013 to GH-010 but now the disks arn't being able to read .. I get Read disk errors but the laser is in mint condtion because it used to work perfectly on the previous motherboard. Can you please help me sort this little mess out.

possibly not compatible with the older boards BA / driver chips...

well the CD part has started to work ! the resistance is on CD Pot is 673 ohms..

Wat is the Settings for DVD pot.. the best settings
