v4 gh-013 fuse

ive looked al over the site , i found http://www.psx-scene.com/forums/show...highlight=fuse
but that does nto show me a diagram of my v4 gh-013 , its much different from the gh-012 , i cant find the F1 fuse which i think may be blown. all i have found is the F3 and psx fuses. i need some quick help or info so i can figure this out, id rather not have my MI uninstalled and installed into my other ps2. ps2 wont boot up at all , it just never turned back on , the PSU is not the problem.

i need helppppppppp id rather not have to install my chip in my other syetem , id rather fix this fuse , but i need a diagram for my mobo. cant find the F1 fuse. HELPPP please
