if i give tray a little push it'll goes back in when push eject while tray is opening it'll close back , wont close only when it open till end
same problem after i removed the modchip ...
i replaced board and all fine.... problem is in the board and not on drive or any other part ...
all fuses are o.k ..
maybe a cap blowed and wont give rotor the right power ??

What resistors did you have to replace? I have the same exact problem after removing a Neo DVD key out of a V5. I emailed duo support and the guy said to check for solder splashes which I obviously did. I have installed several Duo 2's and this is the first time I have had a problem. Let me know what I need to replace. Thanks!

It's near the Z point connection? Also my dumbass used the exact same Duo 2 SE and put it into another V5 PS2 I just got and it wasted that one also. Except this one has a different problem. It does not eject at all and has no video. Both power and eject buttons light up and you hear the fan going. So I take it this chip is is crapper. At this point I just want to fix these two PS2's.
First one: powers on and fires the tray out super fast and stays out unless you manually push it in and has no video.
Second one: Powers on, but has no video and does not eject at all.
Please give me some specifics on what I need to replace.
