    I had a strange problem.

The pstwo, had the garanteesticker on the bottom, but missed the additional components of the V13. Don't know if this is a V12 or V13.

I installed the Matrix Infinity, with the slimfix V3 (it was the small laser)
Standard a 1.5 KOhm resistor came with the slimfix fix, and measure with a potmeter the max and min. value and took at 2.2 kOhm.
With an open lid, it switched off after 2 seconds when turned on.

I upgraded the homebrew Matrix Infinity (they made a mistake in the factory by mixed up the homebrews with the programmed ones), by holding the reset button 3 seconds when turning on.
It could be programmed without any problems.

But when I wanted to test a ps2 game on a recordables nothing happened.
When I checked the laser, the laser produced light, hardly moved for focussing, and did not move from the outher -> innet circel.
Did not move at all any more..........strange.

Changed the slimfix for a new slimfix V3 one, same problem.
    Hmm.......

Removed the slimfix and connected the L1 and L2 to each other, everything worked.
So I installed 2x 4800 Ohm on the tracking (01D) and focus coils and the pstwo was working as expected.

Has anyone seen this before ???

    Yup.
    V12 PAL unit, DMS4lite+ Slimfix V3+ summone.

With open lid, it switches off within a second as the testmode predicts, and with lid closed (well, pressed the two switches that is) it does the same.. whenever it stays on, the Laser then just gives off light and does nothing and also there is no startup from the ps2...

different slimfix V3 gave the same effect.

I did not use the capacitors on the slimfix cause I added the Summ0ne total(303 resistors on the mobo, according values placed).
But even when I removed the Summ0ne, it did thesame. Now it just shuts down every single time even when I press the switches

even removed the DMS4lite.. after connecting l1 and l2 to repair the cut track, all was well again..
I'm stumped.. checked my install like 20 times over.. nothing wrong with it. I think i'll just use a standard NEOpic for now and find this out later..
