is there a way to id a v10 from teh box?. or do you have to check the insides?

You can also try your hand with the S01 numbers on the box. The lower the number, the better the chance for a v9. I had just gotten a v10 and went to another store and went with a much lower S01 number and got the v9 I wanted.

Why would you want a v9 instead of a v10 after all the problems with v9's so far?

V10 have a differnet version DVD software than the V9, but you have to boot it up to tell that, but not open it though

Firstly the new V10 do have a differnet DVD firmware, secondly the packing does not make any differences, in the UK there is card and form packing. The only way to tell is the DVD firmware is X.02 instead of X.00

Secondly You must be a friend of mrmodchips to come out with the rubbish you just did about me and craig as we both dislike him. And your mention of dead consoles and rip offs etc etc, only mrmodchips would come up with something like this or his m8s.

As me and craig know we are both on mrmodchips hate list, and all his lies get emailed out to his fellow chippers (so he saids)

So in the end I don't care what U say, ask my customers they all get a good service
