using swap magic 3.3 and slide tool 4 1 day the tray wont open and makes weird noise

hi ive looked through the forum and aint found a solution for this this is my problem:

when i turn the ps2 on it makes a noise like a spinning noise, the tray will not open at all dont even try to open when u press eject also the slide tool will not open it either, the eject button is flashing as u first turn it on , i think i have found the noise is the white cogwheel type thing spinning when u turn it on but i cant get to the inside to maybe reatach something that its not touching proply?

im not sure what version the ps2 is but its a silver one if that helps and SCPH - 50003 is model number n e help will b much apreciated! thanks

EDIT: also if anyone could tell me how to get the tray out after taking it apart this would prbly help as i would b able to c exactly whats going on when i turn the ps2 on ? thx

ANOTHER EDIT: um i think it has something to do with the white pin u normally slide accross from the middle to open it but the white pin seems to b stuck on the right side ?
