    Can i use this kind of chip: 12F629,12F635,12F675 or 12F683 instead 12c905
    to mod ps1? What is the difference between those chips?

    All are 8bit MCU's. The difference is in the amount of onboard memory, eeprom, ram and if it had a onboard ADC. In theory you should be able to use any of the chips, but to be certain you would have to download the datasheets and check if the pinouts are all the same.
