    Hello,I'm new to these forums,so please excuse me if I made any mistake.Anyways,when I insert my pendrive,PS2 freezes completely.On Open PS2 Loader v0.8,it won't load the drive at all.I formatted it in FAT32 and I tried using multiple methods of installing (iso2opl,ul_install,etc.),any help?

    some pen drives are just incompatible. probably due to the way Sony implemented the USB 1.1 interface.
    Kingston are known to have problems and I had a 1 Gb Toshiba that would not work either. Sandisk seem to be ok , I have several of these. If it has the U3 software on the pendrive you MUST remove it for the pendrive to work with PS2.

    Try this and i hope this works...

    Format your flash drive again and make sure that the file system is FAT32 and under the "allocation size" it is not "Default allocation size". Try setting this one on 4096 bytes.

    Once i tried using 8192bytes and all homebrew failed on my flash drive...As far as i know homebrew supports 4096 and below... I hope this will help you

    I have Samsung pen drive.I will try formatting it in 4096 bytes now,thank you for your tip.BTW ceedlonrenzo,is Lorenzo your real name?If it is,we're same named xD (except I live in Croatia)

    @JNABK

    You should add this to the guide.

    Advise to use 2048 or 4096 (I guess these are the most adequate, as so the device will copy files fast under windows, and still be compatible with homebrew. You cann still mention other values 512/1024 in comment).
