    has anyoen used any of those cheap usb network adapters ? i want to get one, but would like to know how well the work for online play.

    not very well at all. if a game has support for a usb adapter, it would need to be a specific usb network adapter, ie linksys tx100. you would need to check with each game to see whether it supported that particular adapter, and i believe most of the online-capable games dont even support usb adapters.

    figures...i just do not want to buy a new one...$40..i guess if no one here has one for sale under $40 i'll have to drive nd get mine..i just got into the syphon filter beta
