Trying all resources, Read in, plz!

I posted this in the PS2 General v10 link as well. Premods.com really need to contact their customers that are awaiting installation, premods, etc. Why?
My cousin sent them a brand new PS2 plus $130 for a DMS3 install. That was over a month ago and my cousin is emailing him and myself endlessly in hopes that he would get his PS2 back by xmas for his son to open. He's even threatening to contact authorities! I am trying to calm him. So, if anyone knows how to get hold of these guys... PLZ tell them to email my cuz! I'm sure they knows who he is and this doesn't look good for business. But, anything to calm the beast! I have even gone as far as telling my cousin to let his boy open my ps2 xmas morning until he gets his (question is, if he ever gets his?!). I've had great success with premods and the past (even referred a # of peeps!), so lets not tarnish a good thing we got going here.

As far as contacting authorities, that wouldn't go over too well:
"Hey! He's supposed install an illegal (in most countries) modchip in my PS2! And he didn't! Do something!"

It's the holidays, and most modders are probably busy. Premods.com most likely have some contact info on the site; check there. If not, I believe you could PM him/her on the forums.

EDIT: Apparently they've been having e-mail troubles, so if you've already tried e-mailing them, they say try again. Sales@PreMods.com
