Either by a program for PC or an elf file for PS2?

Over the last few months i've made several full memory card backups to my USB stick using uLaunchElf. But now I want to go through them and clean stuff up and get rid of whatever I don't need anymore.

I just need a very general program that can show which BASUS(insert letters and numbers here) folders are which games, and view their game save icons, info and stuff very much like the PS2 normally does.

I actually already tried that program.

Unless I missed something I can't just go to File > Open because my files inside their game folders won't appear in the browse window.

And if I go to edit > add file I can open 'game.icn', but the game icon won't appear until I repeat it twice more to also open the relevant BASLUS-21087 and icon.sys files, for example.
