Super deal on external HDD

I've stated before that I work at Staples. Check this. I was putting out the Clearance tags for the store yesterday and come across a few sexy deals. These prices just came down yesterday! 11/09/06!!

1. SKU # 638674 Western Digital 250GB External USB HDD - $14.50 (yeah that's 14 dollars and a rapper)

2. SKU # 617425 Pacific Digital External Dual Layer 16x DVD Burner - $19.50

So for $70 (I bought 2 of each) I ended up with over $700 dollars worth of toys. The HDDs retailed at Staples for $270 and the DVD cookers for $180 a piece.

If I was you, and thank God I'm not, I'd be checking my local Staples. Go in and ask about the SKU number. Don't call they will keep them for themselves (I did). These will not be on the shelves because they were pulled from the plan-o-gram some time ago (May). If they have any they will be in the high ticket lockup area.

Now I can have 500GB of movies, music, games, TV streaming to my PS2 thanks to uLE and SMS!!
