i am having problems with my game system on this game. the game is brand new but the system is 5 years old and i was wondering if anyone had this problem with it and how they fixed it. the problem is that when u get to the castle as hugo and is asked to renamed it by thomas. after u do this when he takes u to ure room the screen will go black and the music for that part of the game will play but nothing shows on the screen. i have tried cleaning both game and system using cleaners bought from radio shack. please help me with this problem

i'm also having problems with the chris storyline when u first enter the xezen forest the now loading screen shows up but nothing happens. also the goedeo storyline has done this to when u go to the north cavern to meet salmone,

Sounds like it's the disc. Judging by what you said..this is original right? Sometimes shit happens like this on games to me (I got mostly copies though, but sometimes shit just goes bad)...I usually reburn it, and it works fine...If you can do that, then do it. If not, you probaly got a bad disc. Have you tried it many times tho, and it just keeps freezing at the same spot?

yes i have retried it several times i did get a reply from the company saying that the game might need polishing so i'm going to take it to blockbuster and see if they would polish it for me
