ok guys, i dont wanna get banned, but im new to the ps2 scene, but old to the xbox-scene if you get what i mean. but anyways, xbox has a place to get stuff (not games, just dashes and bios, and stuff like that) called xbins. is there a place like that for ps2? if so, is there a tutorial on how to work it? there is one for xbins and the xbox, so i figured if theres one for the ps2, then there may be a tutorial somewhere on how to do it, thanks...

ps2dev .com can get you some stuff but so can ps2scene.org just search for stuff you want
