Slim ps2 after modded with DMS S.E. LIte

I modded a V14 Ps2 with DMS.S.E lite. After that, the ps2 restart randomly while the LED flashing green. Checked the solder point, there's no short-circuit. After removed the modchip, it still behave the same but it can still read game disc. Any idea what caused the randam reset?

Well if it was working find before you attempted to mod it then there is obviously a bridge/broken component/lifted trace somewhere, you will need to look harder.
