On my 4:3 TV, theres a black 1cm line down the right side of the screen, even if i don't load up a game and go to the Memory card screen its clearly visable and gets even worse if i use a widescreen.

Connection is via scart, what could be causing this?

I have a DMS3 Modchip and a Japan 39000 machine.
