SCPH 50000/HDD Modchip V 50k!><

Hi all again ><
i just get my scph50000 modded today
however, it can not load any copies and orginal import game if i insert the HDD. (Red screen)(maybe boz i dont have a memory card??)

some website like modchip.ca
said its going to be work for hdd if i use the magic V modchip

everything runs perfect if i just plug the hdd out

is it just boz the hdd need a save card to boot up or it saved some "un-modded" data in the hdd? (should i format the HDD again and buy a new memory card to get it works?)

Nope, what you are experiencing is that some chips just don't work with the HDD.

DMS3 V9 is supposed to support the HDD.

Lain, as I stated on the other forums.....Magic V is ok, but with the HDD in the unit, it loads the BB Navigator software. No released mod-chip has cracked this software to run games with the HDD plugged in.

However.....keep your eyes peeled for the announcement when someone does.
