Hi guys, sorry if I'm in the wrong board, but I wasn't quite sure where to post this..
But anyway, can you use a USB flash drive to save PS2 games to instead of an expensive memory card?
I have a modchip if that helps here.
Thanks!

Currently there is no way to turn a USB device or flash drive into a regular Memory Card. You do however have the option to backup all your game saves to a USB device or flash drive with uLaunchELF using it's psuPaste function. psuPaste will accurately preserve all your game saves time stamps and attributes, and also allow you to backup game saves witch contain special characters not supported on a PC (example = GTA:SA). You can also connect your PS2 to your PC via Network and transfer your game saves using the HOST function in uLaunchELF. You would need a program like RadHostClient or ps2client on the PC side in order to do this. FTP is also possible, but I believe it wouldn't transfer all your game save information accurately. Information on how to connect your PS2 up to your PC via cross-over cable or router/hub is available on this site if you search around.

Yeah, I didn't think it'd work, but thanks for the help anyway!
