Save game [mem card] to HDD or USB?
Save game [mem card] to HDD or USB? –
I'm wondering if there's a utility out there that I can copy my savegames from my memory card to the hard disk to save space or copy to a USB thumb drive?
My PS2 is mod'd and I have a 200gb seagate in it also - anyone know?
Would be really handy rather than buying more memory cards 8mb is so little.
Yes you can... but I don't know what program to use & you cannot save directly to HD. I personally bought a memory card expansion which upgrades the memory card to 40MB. And I have about hundreds of save games in there and there's still free space left. Recommend you get an MC expansion it's only about 30 bucks.
Datel's Action Replay MAX is supposed to have a facility to transfer saves from MC to USB and vice-versa.

Better get codebreaker 9, it can store the saves on hd too and makes absolutely no trouble compared to this buggy MAX Drive Software.
If u select any more than 1 file in it for a action, u risk losing ALL savegames,
happened to me twice 8(. Since a while u can find also a wellhidden warning in their faqs.
