    OKay..
is the dummy file from dvd can be removed ?
Since the game backup is played from HDL or OPL so That dummy file isnt necassery to faster the game loading.
Is there any tools like umd gen (for psp, can remove dummy from umd).
Just make the dummy into 0 byte , but not changed the LBA.

Should work without problems, aslong as the file really is only a dummy and as long as you do not change the LBAs.

    Look at the various ripping-tutorials.

Alucard.cc/PS2 Mods Paradise is a fantastic resource for game-ripping, too.

Gnie's Xpert tool is a good one, or if you're more experienced you can even use the Sony CDVD-Gen and some IML-Tools.

Hmm... actually, you may be able to get away with changing the LBAs... but it depends on the game.

If you do so, your game may become even smaller. But it's really a hit-and-miss kind of thing.
You can't change the LBAs of the files on a disc of a game that uses hard-coded LBAs!!

For example: I had managed to shrink the 1.5GB PS2 DVD game "Triggerheart Exelica Enhanced" to only 390MB, and it runs great on a CD-R disc (I had hacked the game to tell CDVDMAN that it was distributed on a CD for this to work ).

Yai, I'm really lazy with my explainations somtimes, but good that there are people which add up the missing info.

Well, LBA-Changing won't give him any more space in a properly shrinked ISO either.

Hm,... Actually you can do that too, in some (or possibly even all) cases.
