Questions FOR fixes of "V9-V10 sindrome"

Do anyone test two of fixes on 1 console ?
I mean solution of
1. "marvicdigital" and
2. http://www.cyber-mag.com/station/laserV9.htm
First is for prevent lens of burning ...
And second for prevent LA6508 of burning...
I'm right or not?And if it is true Why not 2 fixes to one mobo?

the only fix you need for the v9 and 10 is the romeo mod.

In case of LA burn and coils on short:
1.Replaced with another LA
2.Replace coils
3.Romeo mod
What do you think?
And if only one coil is 2.4ohm another is 5ohm PS2 is moded read O.K. DO I NEED TO DO ROMEO MOD TO PROTECT ORIGINAL LA6508

If the LA is gone and the coils are toast then you need to replace both. Also do the romeo mod to save your laser. Also check the fuse next to he LA - it might be gone as well.
