psx spindle hubs

Where is the best place to get ps1 spindle hubs. Modchips.com used to sell them for about 4 bux apeice. Now I see prices up to 15 bux apeice. I know it's off topic, but my question didn't get answered when I posted it under the ps1 forum.

nope, the price is still
too high. I've never paid more than 5 bux for one
