PStwo problems....let solved

I read all stuff for this problems but solution for my ....
PS two read only Playstation 1 original not chiped it is without warranty ,lens are ok 5 ohm ,fuses ok..
Suggestions ?

PS: Every fix is for new consoles,what about like mine ?
Or only lens are blown to other ?

Yep, sounds like you need a new laser. How old is the console? Any idea what model? You mention PSTwo... you mean one of the new SLIM ones?

And it can't read ANYTHING other than PS1 games? Not even dvd movies?

tryed that shit myself... the coils burned on the laser... got a new laser and it runs again... sure hope fore a bit longer now!

To mikearama Yes 70004 2 months and yes ONLY PS1 games and music cd .
To all of you LIKE I SAID coils are fine 5 ohm !!!!!!!!!

Ouch, that's terrible. I've had my PStwo for months (model SCPH-70012), and it's been pretty nice. I've been able to use SwapMagic, play DVDs, do pretty much everything and it hasn't shown any signs of messing up. I hope it lasts for awhile.
