PStwo has completely died. HELP !!!!!

Ive chiped a PStwo using IceRev. All was good. Any backup ps2, ps1, dvd were loaded fine. After 10 minutes of tests I have disconnected Pstwo from 220. Probably it was the bad decision

After I could not turn on my PStwo. When I turn on ps a red becomes green but the screen remains black. Has removed chip. The same. I have checked up all fuses. All in a fine condition . But ps wont turn on

HELP !!!

check around the bios area for solder splashes.

I have attentively checked all around bios and don`t think that problem was in modchip. I thought why this has occurred but don`t know what to do. When I took out dvd disk I felt frictional electricity from my hand to laser

.This only conjecture. I forgot to say that was installed matrix pic.Certainly I taken it away. doesn't help

Now I`m absolutely sure that ps halfworking. When I insert original game or dvd video the laser spin all the time but if I put backup, laser spin only 3-5 secunds that mean RSOD. Something wrong with video/audion

I took +5 for modchip near AV connector
