PSTWO broke: Still under warrenty, and i need your advise

Okay,
I was playing video games one day when my dog decided to run by and he got caught on my pstwo game controller cord and pulled my pstwo down. Now it will not load games or it takes a really really long time. It is still under the Sony warrenty and I was wondering if they will or will not fix my pstwo. It has no mods and no visible signs of wear. Do you think they will fix the pstwo and how long do you think it will take? I live in nothern NJ by the way.

If it has no visible marks take it back under garentee,just dont tell them that it was the dog

well, it has a couple scratchs.....and a small white mark, but that is normal wear.....thanks loy and fasman

IT ALL WORKED OUT. I get back my ps2 on the 22nd.
