Sony had a scheduled maintenance for March 1st which they postponed probably to wait for the PS Vita exploit to be released, we can probably expect a manditory update for the PS Vita when PSN is back up.

PSN is supposed to be back in less than 24 hours. If it was longer, then yeah it would be news. As of now, it is not really news, seeing as by the time we wake up tomorrow it should be up and running again.
