Ps2 Wrc4 Question

I am trying to load the cheats to that game and says go profile write SECRETS go to trophies and then to the cheat menu but cant find that cheat menu nowhere?????????????????????

sorry can't help ya. I didnt even know they made a 4th one of WRC. Is it out on NTSC/US ???
