Tommy
i use the vga adapter from Logic3. This thing comes with a TV-Tuner, so you can also watch tv on a monitor, but the imagequality is bad
I have the Blaze one
I used it once and never used it again. Save your money.
Yes, it comes with a CD where you need to boot first (to get true VGA resolution from PS2). If you have a modchip where it can run apps from memory card, I don't see any problem. The real problem is, Blaze VGA isn't compatible with all games.
Another solution is by using an external VGA box, where it can convert S-video or Video Component into VGA (or better), a real good to excelent solution only start at $179 bucks.

I add S-video output on my Blaze VGA, so it wasn't a spent at all, at last to me.

Here are the photos.
I used hot glue just to avoid dust to getting inside.
I used AMP S-video (female connector). Since I only use Monster cables, the quality is the best possible for a S-video system.
Works like a dream.![]()
