ps2 soft mod

i had a fat ps2 someone did a soft mod for me.
i lost the mem card so someone here made me another (thanks).
now i sold the ps2 bare and still have the drive /net adapter and mem card..
will the mod work if someon slaps it into another ps2? or has a serial or encryption on it dedicated to my old console?
also found that old mem card and notice it has the name of my playstaion game disc on it.. MLB 99 or something like that..
seems i remember being told need to keep that game disc.

That depends is it FMCB mod and what type 1.8b or 1.8c and if full install or not

If by chance it is full install of 1.8c then you could use that MC on all most any PS2 and it should work only exception is most 90000 models

if 1.8b then if the PS2 is from your region should work

djflexmaster79 made it in JAN 2009 ... three+ years ago.

Then you have 1.8b FMCB on it if same region PS2 is used should work

i never really got into this scene and just plan to ebay it so need the details to pass along.

Like region 1 is usa and so on any with in usa should work for it and I know DJ so yes yours is region 1

That is if he installed full that is not sure if he did but if close model might work anyway

wasssup,
i'm back.

i tried to sell it on ebay but they kicked it for policy violation.

i got - 2 mem cards
- network adapter <puchased new used twice btw.
-20GB hdd all set up with a couple games on it.
-- the ps1 disc that was used when softmodded.
free bonus - Logitech Deluxe corded controller with leather grips and 15' cord. (also used like twice.)

someone want to buy this stuff?
