    I recently purchased The Tasmanian Tiger - TY3 for my ps2 (SCPH-75001) and It will not work on this version of the slimeline ps2!! I looked at Sony's website and they list it as a consumer alert, noting that there is a compatibility issue with that game, as well as a hand full of other games that they had listed - called sony they said that is correct but they can't help.

    Is there any way to get my ps2 slimline to run this game??

    activisionvalue.com talks about this issue on there support page as well.
