PS2 Movie Player V1.0 Any good?

is this a player for the PC or PS2?

if for PS2, can it read off HDD?

its for windows. (so of course it reads from harddrive ;) ) It just plays ps2 movie files.

i tried it out. the gui is very rough.

Isn't there a Japanese program that's been around for a while that plays the PS2 movie formats?
