ps2 laser grease

Does anybody know what kind of grease i have to use to make my ps2 laser run smooth again? Can I use normal vaseline or something?

White lithium grease is the grease of choice when lubing the laser rails. You can get this at pretty much any auto parts store or hardware store. Next time please use the search, this has been covered before.
