You need to start Network Adapter, format HDD and prepare it to work can drive through the UlaunchELF

if you want to play on the Internet, the network can be adjusted or through this disk, or in some games there is a utility of control of a network

I assume you want you use your hard drive to store and play games. To do that, you need to either have a HDLoader disk or some method of running homebrew software. The easiest and cheapest way to do that is with Free MCBoot.
How do I put Free McBoot onto memory card?
