I just got 100 new Arita G04 and i tried to burn 3 DVDs so far and all of them failed.
I tried two different PS2 ISOs and the result is still the same.

P.S the buring process never got passed 2%
have you tried any other programs to burn it such as dvd decrypter, alcohol 120%, etc.
I just tried it with the Alcohol 120% and it failed too. here is the log from from Alcohol

also make sure you have the latest firmware for your dvd burner
I fail to metion that right before i use the G04 i was using the last of my G05 and it worked fine.
How can i get a hold on the latest firmware for my dvd burner?
goto the website of your burner company and they should have it available to download, the problem might also be the iso have you tried to burn something else besides that game with your new media?
Yes i use the same ISO and buring it with nero to a DVD+r that i got from my local store, and it finished with out any problem.
You burner might not be a + and - R burner so just use +R and there might be some hacked firm ware for Booktype support (changes DVD+R to DVD-ROM) easier for PS2 to read.
i say you got a bad dvd disk
