as in a circuit diagram, or a component layout diagram? check out http://www.wtka-sa.com/psx/database.php I have most of the version layout diagram.

LOL, is for video component, not for eletronic components.

Hope this helps:

Man it's just a straight cable.
When video is set to YCbPR, R is R-Y,G is Y and B is B-Y.
Audio goes same way and you're done.
A VGA cable is the same, but instead of 3 RCA plugs you have one mini DB 15 which you leave loose the H and V sync (PS2 uses Sync on Green) and you should change the video option to RGB. PS2 only outputs SoG when on 31khz mode AND setting is set to RGB.
B is B, G is G and R is R.
All the rest is GND, the audio of course will be always the same.
Buyed one for R$ 30 ($12).
Actually R = R-Y (the difference from R to the monochrome image)
B = B-Y (The difference of blue to monochrome image)
G = Y (The monochrome image)
(Detailed description added only for information of people reading the thread...)
Green is extracted from red, blue and the monochrome image as it's what is not in the R and the blue information. Since R plus B and G is 100% and you have R,B and Y you can figure out how to get G from them. It's done this way to save bandwidth on the cable. It makes possible to send RGB through only 3 signal wires which is pretty desirable. In a digital storage system, it saves media storage space. This is why DVD video is stored as YCbPr (or Y/B-Y/R-Y)
I know that, but is just to confusing.
