PS2 acting nutz.. No chip.. ADV Advice PLZ

I moddified an V10 unit. Done 100's but this has me..

Brand new unit. tested working great. Put in a new DMS3. When first powering up the unit the Reset Light was bright yellow. When I turn it on it ejects waits a few seconds then the tray pulls back in and shuts down. I looked over the whole board and do not see any problems what so ever. The chip has been removes and I find no damage but still acting like this.

Where should I be looking for this to be happening?
Any suggestions? It's a matter of pride now.

Measure the coils.

No it's not the coil.

It's something else. It a brand new unit, never even played a disk yet other then an original be fore mod.

the problem is the unit only stays ON for 20 seconds then shuts down. the reset light is also bright yellow the entir time.

I assume a solder splash or very small damage, just don't know what are I should foruc on I guess. I looked everywhere but do not see anything.

check for any splshes or bridges are point c....

my 2 cents.... just say to gently rub all over , with a cloth or whatever. and maybe accidentally knock off the little problem.
