ps1 spindle hubs

I know this ain't the right forum but nothing get;'s answered in the ps1 forums... I need the cheap[est place to buy replacement spindle hubs. Modchips.com had them for like 4 bucks a piece, I see them in other places for like $15 a piece. that's way too high.
Can anybody help me?
