Can anyone tell me if V9 PS2's play DVD+R discs, I think there are supposed to, along with -R's, I have a standalone DVD Recorder, but when I record programs onto disc and playback on the PS2, it will not play the disc, I have no problems with this on my brothers Xbox.

I just use Datawrite DVD+R and -Rs, they work fine, 3P~kB obviously doesn't research things much.

I had trouble with +R's, until I started burning them with Stomp Record Now Max.

Well I am not using my computer based DVD writer to burn them, I am using a standalone Recorder, the chip is installed perfectly well, It plays all DVD-R, CDR, CDRW, just has the problem with the +R's which obviously the Xbox Plays and I know that the V9 PS2's are supposed to, does it have a problem playing compressed movie files (i.e) the recorder can compress movie files just like LP on a VCR.
