  1. #1 problems with network startup disc and dms3v2

i recently had this mod installed and while ive had pretty good luck with it so far, i noticed that i am unable to boot the network adaptor disc so i can configure my settings. ive tried all 4 boot buttons, plus stealth mode, and it always ends the same, a white playstation 2 logo, then the red "please insert a playstation 2 or playstation disc" ive also tried to configure it through socom, if i boot from ps2 mode, then go in and configure the network it black screens then goes to the above red screen. if i boot in stealth and try the same thing from socom, it does the same. im stumped, ive tried both the disc and the network adaptor on my sis's unmodded and have verified that i can configure the network there, but if i try and use the mem card on mine i get a message saying that the network adaptor was set up on another console and to run the setup again

    any help would be apreciated.
