Problem with VGA-Box

Hi!

I bought a VGA-Box h++p://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&?ViewItem&item=8169161400

I conected everything like described in manual, but VGA-Box isnt working. Seems there is no Power, because no LEDs are on. I opened the MC-Conector from VGA-Box an measured while operation and there is no Power on MC-Slot (red an white wires(. Is it known that V12 isnÂ´t working with VGA-Box? I opened a PSOne MC and the white Pin conected on VGA-Box isnÂ´t conected to somewhat. Attached 2 odd pics from MC-Adapter from VGA-Box. Whats going on here? Should it work to supply the box with external powersupply?
