Problem...

I have PS2 70004 and matrix mod chip (infinity I guess) I tried the firmware upgrade and when I insert the upgrade cd nothing happened. No PS logo no sound so I reset the console. When I put my backup game it said please use PS2 disc. Now my backup games is not working.

Please help

I forgot to write:

Console is not working after standby and when I reset ps logo comes and writes use PS2 disc

OK I solved the problem. My mod chip was actually Modbo and they tricked me that it was infinity. I uninstall the chip and I am going to buy a new one.
