Possible to play SNES or GBA games on PS2?

I already know how to play in my PC, is it possible on the PS2? With emulators maybe? How would I do this?

Yes you can play SNES games with snes station emulator. GBA you cannot although last I heard someone was working on it but havent heard anything on it in ages
