What is your favorite DVD Media brand? I have always used Fry's brands which are really Sony discs for cheaper and even better when my burner booktypes DVD+R's to DVD-ROM

I've used phillips (which is not up there) and sony and both work flawlessly.

Taiyo Yuden they are only about .30 cents a disc and the best media you can get, i have burned over 500 and only like 2 or 3 coasters which were caused by me running programs while burning

how come verbatim isnt on the list

Verbatim is basiacly Taiyo Yuden. Phillips is the worst media you can get almost it kills your PS2's laser.

no you are wrong Verbatim is not Taiyo Yuden, here is the most accurate guide of what grade and media code dvd are good http://www.digitalfaq.com/media/dvdmedia.htm

Haha, my neighbour has burnt 2200+ and counting Princo 4x and counting with 100% success rate. + disks do not work in my PS2s :-(

I use Compusa DVDs. Haven't had any problems.
