Playing PAL Games on an NTSC PS2/TV

Are there any issues I need to be careful of? Will I need to patch the PAL game before I play it on my PS2, If not, will the framerate be an issue?

I'm using HDL and using HDL_Dump/Dumb/OPL to transfer it. I'll be loading it with HDL.

Well you can patch some PAL games to run on NTSC but I would just transfer them and try out this to make it work

About frame rate some games do have frame rate problems with patch and GSM both
