Ok guys, here's the story...

I purchased a v7 ps2 online bundle about 1 week ago but just recently found out that prices will be slashed to phase out the older models in anticipation of v9s.

I was just wondering what physical differences are there b/w a v7 and a v9 ps2?

I'm asking this because my friend has told me I can buy v9 ps2 and open it carefully (without ripping any stickers, etc...) and then switch my v7 for the v9 for a full refund.

I understand that there are risks involved and that it is illegal but you guys gotta admit that the features of the v9s is pretty damn attractive...
