Omg Please Help Quick

I was transfering some gamesaves using Action Replay MAX to my USB stick, once it was finished it showed no gamesaves on my MC so I was like

so I rebooted the PS2, I look at my MC, ALL MY SAVES are corrupted!! It looks like it gave them all a timestamp of the year 30459405, I went into uLaunchELF and it shows nothing in the MC, now it shows nothing in the PS2 browser also!! Someone please help me recover my saves I had an Okami file on there 20 hours in and my Guitar Hero 2 file, Valkyrie Profile 2 a ton of saves all pretty far in the game!
