Just depends on the game and what audience they were releasing for it. A lot of anime titles are longer, have different characters, storylines, languages, and just about any other differences the programmers felt americans can't handle. We're a very "picky" society of gamers here.

Hypocrites.
back to original question, yes typically PAL games will have english, however you might stumble across all-french versions. In case of RPGs, often the content has been changed. Also, if the game is poorly coded, you might experience glitches such as no music, when u force it to run "in NTSC."
yea, **** is very famous in USA. almost every guy watches it. that is just a big disgrace to women. they treat them like some kind of sex animals. to them iraqi women need to be delibrated.
anyway getting back to the topic. there are some game that are different in pal version. don't be surpised to know that some pal version are different in some europe countries.
I was surprised that "delibrated" was even a word. I think you'll be surprised as to its meaning:Originally Posted by animemanga
