I have one similar from the UK (but not the same) which is 100% good. From the spec, it's fine.

i have one like that, but with the shape of a ps2, i can guarantee you it is EXCELLENT, but the thing is, when playing dvds, you need dvd region x to patch the green screen effect as this is an AV RGB cable basically...
