NOOB Suggestion

Well I guess you can consider me a noob or something like that. And I hope I dont get trashed for being a noob. But anyways ever since I found out what you could with the playstation then I started modding it. I just bought a HDD now I just need to find out how to install games over the network. Which I found out I just need to find out how configure my router correctly. As I was going though the threads though I noticed a lot of crazy lingo going on. Some of I found out what it is, and others that I'm still trying to find out what they are. And I know all the tutorials that anybody could need are located in this forum. All you have to do is look for them. But I think why newbies dont know what to look for is because of the lingo. My suggestion was for somebody maybe an admin to make a thread not necessarily stating how to do something but what each app or mod does. Like lets says a listing the mods or apps and than there definition or what it does. Like HDL Dump - Allows you to install games on to hdd.... I think that would be very helpful for a newbie. I myself dont mind searching but in some cases I think a description of what some app/mod is suppose to do would help.

*** Unless this list already exist and I'm not aware of it, in that I would feel really stupid right now
