No display on V3 Ps2

I had a dead V3 Ps2. I repaired the broken power supply.
The unit powers on, and you can hear it load the game, but there is no display or sound.

Please help.

I suspect a bown fuse on the main board. Clould someone please direct me to a place where I could find the layout of the fuses.

If one is broken, replace it, don't just bridge it. It blew for a reason.
